Job Description:
- The candidate must be able to establish controls to ensure error free & timely deliverables
- The candidate must be able to independently manage assigned clients
- The candidate is responsible for handling Pan India payroll
- The candidate is responsible for core payroll activities as defined by the client
- The candidate is responsible for Receipt of pre-payroll input data from the clients
- The candidate is responsible for detailed scrutiny of all inputs in a timely manner
- To verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records
- To input new employee details into payroll system
- To prepare and analyze payroll data using the software of Pay Asia
- To validate client input and output by detecting and reconciling payroll discrepancies
- To co-ordinate with client HR for input observation if needed
- To upload all the Bank transactions
- To ensure timely salary release
- Post payroll transaction, ensure appropriate monthly reconciliations in a timely manner
- To prepare detailed variance analysis for each payroll cycle for all types of pay outs
- The candidate is responsible for preparation of statutory returns and ensuring compliance to all monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, payments and submission deadlines
- The candidate is responsible for completion of year-end process on time
- The candidate is responsible for maintaining complete and systematic records relating to employees’ pay and statutory reports and must be thoroughly conversant with the relevant statutes and payroll regulations
- To ensure prompt response to queries from internal team or clients
- To ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client SLA’s
- To ensure consistent productivity & accuracy performance as per team requirements
- To identify, share, and support operational improvements
Skills required:
- Strong payroll industry expertise
- Should be ready/willing to work is shifts
- Desired country processing knowledge in any of these countries – Singapore, Malaysia Indonesia and Philippines
- Ability to analyze labor law requirements across multiple jurisdiction which are of immediate relevant for running payroll
- Ability to carry out detailed data analytics of payroll data
- Maintain integrity and ensuring confidentiality of all payroll information
- Proven knowledge in MS-Excel
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

- The candidate is responsible for acquisition of new clients for payroll, temporary staffing and permanent staffing including cross selling of products
- The candidate is responsible to identify, negotiate and manage strategic relationship with potential clients
- The candidate to ensure the quarterly and annual revenue target is met
- The candidate is responsible for providing in depth product demo to mitigate risks before getting orders
- The candidate is responsible for gathering, analyzing requirements and responding to RFP
- The candidate is responsible to manage and set client expectations very clearly
- The candidate is responsible to prepare proposal and also use appropriate negotiation techniques and tactics for closure
- To coordinate with client for timely feedback including making repeated visits to client as and when required
- The candidate is responsible to get formal LOI as a written confirmation on the deal
- The candidate is responsible in conducting frequent market research in all the industries
- The candidate is to ensure prompt response to queries from internal team or clients
- The candidate is responsible for all the reports to be sent as applicable on weekly/ monthly basis to Reporting manager/ Functional Head
