The founders of Pay Asia saw that the aggressive expansion of multi-national companies into Asia-Pacific through acquisition in the outsourcing industry had changed the market. The new, larger payroll enterprises were struggling to serve local and regional SMEs with efficient and cost effective solutions due to significant overheads and management structures.

Pay Asia was formed to service a gap in the Asia Pacific payroll services market focused on serving small to medium sized enterprises. Our philosophy is simple - we help our clients grow through process and technology driven regional solutions so that they can focus on their business. Our HR business solutions and payroll services are built around the pillars of Accuracy, Consistency and Timeliness to ensure we provide a highly valued partnership to our clients.

Formed in Singapore in 2006, Pay Asia has quickly grown in the APAC region. In May 2008, Pay Asia inaugurated its Indian entity – Pay Asia Management Pvt Ltd which was followed by an acquisition of a local BPO company.
